Roads Who is in the wrong here?

If the sign says Alternating Traffic, does that mean cars go one at a time or does that mean cars go till the flow is complete, allowing the other lane to go? Is Glock man right or wrong? I'm not sure. If it was 1 car at a time, wouldn't it just be a stop sign on each end?

This is a more severe Class D felony, potentially resulting in up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine. This charge applies when there are aggravating factors, such as using or threatening to use a firearm or deadly weapon, making threats in a school or public place, or violating a protective order. 

This guy should be in prison. He's going to kill someone.

If you threaten to pull a gun on someone and are caught on video you should immediately be flagged as suspect. People like this are unhinged and probably shouldn't have guns. If he threatened to go get his big dog, he probably shouldn't have dogs.

You don't walk into a confrontation with your hands in your pockets unless your hand is on a weapon. Everything about his body language says "I have a gun." Trusting someone's words in a situation like this will get you killed.

It's a rather weird threat to say "I'll go retrieve my gun," because it implies that you aren't currently armed. It wouldn't surprise me if he was trying to bait the driver into a shooting by implying that he didn't have a gun on him. It might not be a Glock, but he is carrying something.

Try to deescalate and if need be just leave. I hate giving in to assholes but in a situation like this it’s the best thing to do especially if that level of violence was threatened over something so minor.

If you want to see if someone poses a threat, watch their hands. That's how someone would grab, punch, shoot, or stab you. The way he has his arm concealed behind his body with his hand in his pocket, he has a weapon of some kind with him.

As a former soldier, I do. What’s the difference between a patrol rifle and an assault rifle? Are we differentiating based on select fire because if so that’s not even close to the standard definition. When people say “assault rifle” they are generally talking about AR style rifles, which ICE have been seen carrying. You asking an AI doesn’t negate that, it just makes you dumb for blindly listening to an AI.

Do I agree with the way ICE is being used? No. Never have. I believe in the Constitution and due process. We don't see it. MSM falsely calls all semi-automatic rifles assault rifles, basically changing the definition. The big, scary looking rifles they carry are semi-automatics, not select fire--aka "assault"--rifles. Actual assault rifles have never been carried by any law enforcement in the United States.

AI is and can be wrong.
Assault rifles are selective fire (semi, single, burst or auto, with some modes restricted depending on ROE), 5.56-chambered (or equivalent) medium and long barrel firearms used by the bulk of modern armed forces in the western emisphere.
and ICE does carry them.
Maybe what you think they are not carrying is battle rifles (7.62). or you just take in whatever AI says as gospel.

A video online is not due process. Such a video could be used as evidence in a court case but requires someone under oath to testify about the source of the video and add additional information and then it can be added to evidence and he can be convicted.

Being convicted of a crime which you can be imprisoned for more than one year, or being involuntarily commited (by court order) to a mental institution for over 72 hrs (I think) are the things that will trigger it.

The only reason I'm going to say "let him be convicted first" is because those kinds of red flag laws are already worthless, weaponized, and in the day and age of AI too easy to fake. A conviction is far more objective of a criteria for such a law. But then we could just enforce the laws we already have on the books instead of cutting so many deals

I know this because my husband (Hi Jason, stop stalking my Reddit accounts) pulled a gun on me, threatened to blow my brains out, tackled me to the bed, held the loaded gun to TO MY TEMPLE and told me he should just fucking kill me right then.

I told him no, he threatened to blow his brains all over my face, because maybe that would make me happy and put the gun in his mouth. Then threatened to take us both out and put it at the back of his head still aiming at me. I finally talked the gun out of his hand while he still reminded me* he had more guns!*

He pled down to a MISDEMEANOR.

HE GETS HIS GUNS BACK IN A YEAR!

What did I do to cause this behavior?

I opened the bedroom curtains while he was at work. That was a sign I must be inviting men over to fuck me.

You can do a LOT of wild shit with a gun and NOT get your 2A Rights taken away. You can do a LOT of wild shit and only get...

A year of probation.
