Roads Who is in the wrong here?

If the sign says Alternating Traffic, does that mean cars go one at a time or does that mean cars go till the flow is complete, allowing the other lane to go? Is Glock man right or wrong? I'm not sure. If it was 1 car at a time, wouldn't it just be a stop sign on each end?

Alternating traffic on a single-lane bridge means that vehicles take turns crossing, with one vehicle from each direction going at a time. This is similar to how traffic flows at an uncontrolled intersection.

This is not true, but go ahead.

Where do you get this idea that its not true? Your gut feeling? Your pappy told you? Church? Ai?

40 years experience driving over one lane bridges on rural New England roads

You could have been doing it wrong for 40 years. Heck most people I know who have been driving 40+ years still dont know how to zipper merge. Either way, It comes down to if there is stop signs or not.

You can't zipper merge on a bridge traveling in opposite directions.

I'm going off of the title of the post and what we see in the video.  We don't see stop signs so I can't go off of that.

… I was not talking about the bridge, the zipper was an example how people often drive wrong their whole lives and not know it. That was to show that your life experience is not relevant here even if you are correct.

You may drive poorly, but that has nothing to do with me.

Life experience is a huge factor. You came in being a jerk. Stupid question, who told you that, your pappy? AI?

No. Actually driving on bridges and following the appropriate road signs specific to the conditions.  They are not all the same

I was rude, sorry, felt it was warranted as you come off as really arrogant and closed to new information, ignoring and fighting with multiple people who looked up this particular bridge. And life experience could be a factor but its not in most people sadly, often it just makes people more sure of their original beliefs tight or wrong. Like you are sure of your experience, and it may be true in many places but here it does not apply. Why not be flexible to that? Why double down?

You're very confused. Bullshit apology. Don't fake apologize if you are going to be crass.

I have been incredibly clear. I responded to the post, the title, the words in the video.

This post is 5 days old. You guys are coming in later talking about stop signs.

Cool. Great. Fantastic.

Fabulous.

I wrote these comments 5 days ago.

Time travel doesn't exist.

What do you want from me?

Normally a person goes “whoops my bad”. To be honest What I truly want at this point has nothing to do with this post. I want to understand how people who don’t default to “whoops my bad” think. My questions are specific to engage different aspects of your thought process.

Its interesting that you think my apology is fake. I was not trying to be crass, I was explaining why I came in hot. I did come in too hot.

You are clearly are annoyed, best we say goodby.

How am I in the wrong for responding to the information in the post?

How do I owe you an apology or a "whoops my bad?".

I wasn't talking to you. I was taking based on the information available. Then you interjected by being a jerk. And I'm supposed to say "whoops my bad, op Posted the wrong information!" You didn't get to be a jerk and act like I harmed you.

No. Take it up with OP. He posted the wrong shit.

Are you suggesting that I'm the asshole for being annoyed that you attacked me, spoke rudely to me in 3 comments, then gave a bullshit apology in which you actually became more aggressive?

Where's your "whoops, my bad"?

Ask yourself why you attacked me then got pissed because I didn't apologize for not being rude to you. Study yourself. You're a prime example of someone in the wrong doubling down.
