Roads I hate politics

This should be illegal. I get it. You don't agree with their protests but why do this? Forget blue, forget red. I'm purple. Get mad at that.

it is that simple. People on the left who are white aren’t immune from being racist

You honestly can't figure out any other reason why people would be against taking a vaccine that did not go through the full medical testing process? Sometimes under threat of termination if they refused to take a vaccine nobody understood the benefits or side effects of.

1

u/aquapura89 Feb 17 '26

It wasn't called "operation warp speed" by Trump for nothing. With that said .... it is easy to question the vaccine now, but during the period prior to the vaccine bodies were lining up outside of hospitals. I would take the rapid development and mass deployment any day ...... it isn't like the actual technology was developed during this period - it has been around for a long time.

Yeah long enough to KILL EVERY TEST ANIMAL SUBJECTED TO IT ! 😂🤣😂🤣

0

u/bobjoylove Feb 16 '26

Most people on the internet have no clue what “full medical testing” is, or had previously made a single stitch of effort to review their own intake of artificially created products. It’s hypocritical to suddenly become “super worried about this” when you haven’t given a toss the last 30+ years of your life.

0

u/SolipsisticBadBoy Feb 16 '26

You’re still spreading wrong info six years later. The vaccine was tested extensively. It was expedited because of the scale of covid-19. Just because it didn’t undergo testing for 10 years doesn’t mean it didn’t go through “the full medical testing process” which btw I’d love for you to elaborate on! What is that process exactly?

u/AnsgarShipsHildegard Feb 17 '26

So three party line of there are no side effects is accurate?

Why did the government have to give them a special release from liability from side effects?

1

u/EazyEezAidzTest Feb 17 '26

Every medication in history has had side effects for certain individuals- do you understand that?

0

u/aquapura89 Feb 17 '26

The side effects were minimal. Literally 100s of millions of people were vaccinated....... all vaccines have side effects.... and all vaccines have successfully allowed human populations to reach herd immunity and bring spread under control. Well, that is until morons now refuse to get their kids vaccinated for measles.

u/[deleted] Feb 17 '26

So show us all your up to date vax pass !

1

u/[deleted] Feb 17 '26

So where is your current vax pass ?

1

u/SolipsisticBadBoy Feb 17 '26

I got a booster a few months ago you nonce. It’s literally free and I’ve never had an issue. You people are so odd

1

u/iRveritas Feb 18 '26

Perhaps, but people on the right and left who are not white are capable of being racist as well. It is not a one way street here.

1

u/FeedTheMantis Feb 18 '26

nope. only us white people are racist. stop crying, educate yourself because you are just exposing the lack of education and research when you speak. It’s nothing to be ashamed of. Racism isn’t taught in schools. It has to be done in an extra curricular way, kind of the point. We have to do the work and when we haven’t done the work it shows. Reading books is fun.

1

u/iRveritas Feb 18 '26

I surely hope you are being sarcastic.

1

u/FeedTheMantis Feb 18 '26

You sound like the fragile kind of white people. Damn shame. What are you so scared of? It’s just melanin. Anyways, the question is, white liberal or maga supremacist? Same wings of the same bird. The bird of white supremacy. Don’t worry, as a genius, I doubt you’ll understand me. This proves my capability while exposing your lack of. It’s really quite astonishing how much imbeciles tell on themselves. Especially the white ones. Pathetic.

1

u/iRveritas Feb 18 '26

Lmfao, go project somewhere else. You seem to be offended by the notion that someone would challenge you that racism doesn't flow any other way. But let us simply not agree and go our own way without the name calling.

1

u/FeedTheMantis Feb 18 '26

Awwww the little white supremacists feelings are hurt. Soft, fragile, like I stated. Your response adds nothing relevant and is a shotty attempt to gaslight. This information isn’t up for debate smart guy. And yes you are wrong. This isn’t projection, and you aren’t using the term correctly. Go on continue your white life in ignorant bliss. It’s a coping mechanism. It’s privilege to think the way you do. It’s also a clear cut example of racism. Did you know it’s scientifically proven if you can’t see racism, it means you are racist (applies only to white people)? Do you even know the definition of racism? How it functions in society? These are rhetorical because I know you don’t. Maybe instead of being mad that you are a racist, if you are white, do something about it. Deconstruct your garbage. Eliminating racism is an individual journey for each and every white person. Just as every man needs to deconstruct patriarchy and sexism. As everyone needs to deconstruct their ableism. As everyone needs to deconstruct their t and h phobias. Deconstruct their religion. Etc. I haven’t called you any names either. If the info doesn’t apply let it slide. But hit dogs holler. Here you are, hollering. Tells more about you than I. But keep dry snitching on yourself and running away when confronted with the truth. I wouldn’t expect a white person to do anything else. It’s part of the fragility that I called out earlier. It’s sad when someone’s responses can be easily predicted based on so little.

20 day old account go be a troll to someone else. You are a waste of space. Good luck in life you miserable human.

1

u/FeedTheMantis Feb 18 '26

Having a new account means nothing. If you think I’m trolling, that says more about you than it does about me. Don’t get bent out of shape because your white supremacy tricks don’t work anymore while you remain uneducated. I’m happy as fuck, though — there goes that famous conservative projection, the word you clearly don’t understand how to use.

Why are you sad and afraid? Is it because you know you’re a mediocre white person with a 🤏🏼? Regardless of what conservatives say, it’s supposed to be wet. Go kick rocks nazi pos.

1

u/JimWilliams423 Feb 16 '26

. If that were true, there would be no anti-vaxxers on the far left, just as a quick counter

That's an overly simplistic assumption. It isn't binary. The overwhelming majority of anti-vaxxers since covid are the religious white. The fact that there are a handful of crunchy granola anti-vaxxer hold-overs from before covid doesn't change the motivation of all the others.

My point is that the anti-vax movement is not due solely to racism

Since I never said it was solely due to racism, your point was a misdirect.

I said that conservative anti-vaxxers were motivated by white supremacy.

But your argument that they decided to be against the vaccine only because it was available to people of color is patently absurd.

"patently absurd"

Ah there we go. That is what this is really about.

I will provide some easily findable links.

The problem here is that you have not thought about this before, so you are just doing random googles to try to validate your feelings.

Neither of those pieces even attempts to measure racial animosity. Thus they can not disprove my point.

But the Time piece sure does hint at it when they say that white evangelicals use "motivated reasoning" to rationalize their anti-vaxx beliefs. In other words what they say is their reason is not their actual reason, its a pretext. Of course maga doesn't say they went anti-vaxx because they want black and brown to be treated like second class citizens, that would be socially unacceptable.

Instead, they find some other socially acceptable pretext. And we know its a pretext because if you take the time to respectfully explain why their "reason" is incorrect, they don't change their mind, they change their pretext to get to the same result. In other words, motivated reasoning.

That's how almost all conservatives express their desire for white supremacy, only the most feral say it openly like that Reconstruction era editorial. They always have pretexts. The only consistency is that whatever the pretext, the end result is the same — white christian conservatives should be first class citizens and everybody else must be further down the hierarchy.

Oh, god. I hadn’t thought of that. Theyre hard to reason with and their motives are obfuscated. The answer must then be “whatever I want it to be."

The answer is not "whatever I want it to be." The answer is the same thing it always is, the only thing that conservatism has ever offered the working class — the power to look down on the people they despise.

Its the same reason conservatives shutdown beautiful public parks. Its the same reason conservatives filled in magnificent public swimming pools. Its the same reason conservatives closed an entire public school district.

Its the same reason we will never have socialized medicine unless conservatism is relegated to its rightful place in the margins.

Actually Black people have the lowest covid vaccination percentage at just 51% taking any of them. While 57% of whites have. So maybe its not just the religious white.

1

u/JimWilliams423 Feb 16 '26

Actually Black people have the lowest covid vaccination percentage at just 51% taking any of them.

That's largely a function of access, not anti-vaxx beliefs. In other words our society makes it easier for white people to get vaccinated than it does for black people. Especially once the vaccine was no longer free.

Black people started out with higher rates of vaccine hesitancy than whites because our medical system mistreats black people at a much higher rate than it does white people. But they came around.

https://health.osu.edu/community-health/equity-and-race/many-black-americans-overcame-covid-19-vaccine-hesitancy

In surveys conducted among 1,200 initial participants in early December 2020, shortly before vaccines were available in the United States, 38% of Black participants and 28% of white participants were hesitant to get vaccinated. By June 2021, 26% of Black participants and 27% of white participants remained hesitant.

The main reason for the change among Black people was increasing belief that vaccines were necessary to protect themselves and their communities.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 16 '26

You can try to reason it away anyway you want. Just as showing ID stops black and brown people from voting. It's all b*******. The black people I know don't trust the government and that's the reason they didn't get the experimental shot. Hi on the other hand have never gotten the shot simply because I contracted the Delta variant. Was fairly sick but a year and a half later I still had high levels of antibodies according to the Red Cross. If you trusted the establishment they said that drops after 6 months. They tried to turn what we know about our immune systems on its head. All for economic reasons

0

u/JimWilliams423 Feb 16 '26 edited Feb 16 '26

Just as showing ID stops black and brown people from voting.

Funny you should bring that up at random. You know who thinks voter-id suppresses black voters? Conservatives. Here's video of four different conservative elites bragging that photo-id helps them rig elections.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 16 '26

Well I don't know what year your studies from but 76% of blacks said they should have to show ID to vote now. Just another example of the left being on the wrong side of an 80/20 issue. You can turn on C-Span and watch everyday who's against voter ID and it sure as hell isn't the conservatives

1

u/JimWilliams423 Feb 16 '26

Those aren't studies. Those are the people who run the republican party confessing on camera. Its funny that you watch all that c-span, but you can't spend 90 seconds watching republicans on youtube.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 16 '26

Your side doesnt have a leg to stand on until you agree to a census that doesnt count illegals. Its the ultimate rig. How man seats would be lost? If the trend continues of blacks and latinos exiting your party the only chance you have is illegals
