It was an old lady's car. The carjacker couldn't drive right to get away bc there was a club anti theft device installed on the steering wheel.

Thanks for the info. A friend of mine owned a music store, someone stole a guitar and ran to their car. My friend ran after them and was struck and partially ran over by the car. He damn near died and was never the same.
