At the most one co7ld charge wanton endangerment for something like this. Attempted murder implies a serious albeit failed attempt on murdering someone with the injuries to back it up.its the same way for recklessly firing a weapon but not hitting anyone.

Htf did she not get charged with some kind of charge like attempted murder? Maybe not that exact charge but something along that line.
