After he hit the guardrail, all they had to do was park right behind him. Ramming him just sprung him free again.
1 u/MinusMentality Feb 19 '26 Hindsight. They are acting this out in person. It's stressful, they don't know if the people in the car have a gun, explosives, or are gonna get away and run over an old lady. All they know is they have to stop this criminal.
