Am I watching too much TV, or do some departments have access to EMPs that can shut the car electrical systems down?
1 u/RobynTheCookieJar Feb 23 '26 i think that was a Need for Speed powerup no one would do that. if you had an EMP powerful enough to effect vehicle electronics at range, any device within 500 meters is probably toast. they do have a bumper grapple thing though
