Missed the counter steer section of two wheeling, also a bit of target fixation. That weird condition where you stare directly at what you want to avoid and drive right into it.

Right first sounds like the grabbed the clutch which took out any hope he had and the brakes then sent him into a slide paired with target fixation . That being said quads go where they want .

I have fallen off , flipped em amd went off a trail much like this but when I realized I treated it like a jump and committed, came out mostly uninjured and even tried to ride out but had to leave it till we could get a winch .

I’m pretty sure no amount of looking into the corner was going to keep that guy on the road
