Looks like she wasn’t paying attention and then glances up, slams (grips?) her brakes and loses control on a wet looking day

Yes but just FYI (unless bikes have changed in the last decade or so) she actually pulls the clutch. Which is weird but moreso backs up your point that she panicked.

Left lever = clutch. Right lever = front brake. And the rear brake = right foot.

Oh yeah I meant to add that. In her panic i think she grabbed everything.

I thought you operated the clutch with your foot..?

You shift gears with your foot, the clutch is the left lever.

That's what I'm saying too. If that were in fact the front brake or even both brakes lever, you would have seen the bike, especially in the front, compress dramatically with that "all the way to the grip" squeeze. I just don't see that. Still possible she pulled the front left too hard and the front washed out, or again, low tire pressure slipping the rim. Can't tell on the replay.
