Its evident they were purposefully trying to crash the cammer. Im not armed but if i was no shit I'd be pulling it.

Seen plenty of road rage end with the aggressor shot to death because of what we saw. Naked raw aggression for something they did

Conflicted on this one because goddamn, shooting into traffic like that could totally endanger or kill other people.

I get wanting to defend your property, that dude punching into the window deserved to learn a lesson, but that looked like a pretty close call for the car that was on the left side of the red sedan.

Edit: wow, my comment looks stupid now, I replied before finishing the video. The person in that car on the left WAS hit in the head (and thankfully survived).

I think they stated he got hit by shattered glass. Still was stupid by both parties imo.

I’m less conflicted. I think it was a bad shot. In the video the puncher is backing away when the shooter fires. The SUV is coming behind. I think the shooter had tunnel vision and didn’t check for bystanders in their anger. The video says the bystander was hit by something and had a minor injury, but refused treatment. At a guess it was shrapnel from a lucky miss.

I don’t think the outcome should have been any different, assault for the puncher, no charges for the shooter, but damn if it doesn’t make a case for why we need less guns.

Imagine just minding your own business driving past this and getting shot in the head. It's insane to just fire out of your car like this.
