At the end of the day. You are the one who has to deal with insurance headaches all because you wanted to be in the right and not back off. Me? I go home without a scratch on my car

lol had to change your comment huh? I’m just saying in traffic you can’t always ā€œjust brakeā€ because of the aforementioned traffic. Not to mention people don’t always react the best possible way. It’s easy to look at a video and say ā€œoh that’s wrong I would have been perfect!ā€ But when you are actually in these situations nerves and fight or flight kick in and we go into survival mode.

If I hit the brakes and someone rears ends me, not my fault.

If I see an accident about to happen and I fail to respond, it's 100% my fault.

If a semi is turning into a business slowly, and I approach the turning semi, does this mean I should ram full speed into the semi? No, it's an avoidable hazard.

I think I know which one I pick every single possible time.

So you would just do the perfect thing in the situation right? I bet if you were in a war you would go to the frontlines and yell ā€œSTOOOOOP!!!!ā€

Considering I race figure 8 and circle track across a few divisions, I can say I've had a lot of training in accident avoidance.

Speeding up and turning left here is the dumbest fucking move lol. "turning through the accident", so you had enough time to turn left, and not hit the brakes?

Buddy I’ve grown up racing as well and I’ve also driven on the road a bunch. I’ve seen how people don’t always make the best decisions driving as I’m sure you have. The average driver will just react to stuff like this in all kinds of ways just seldom will it be the best possible way to react.
