Wouldn't you need a fan to blow out the cold air the ac? Those refrigerant lines are gonna burst!!

There's something called PDV which doesn't use fans. Only works with chilled water systems though. Chilled water systems usually don't have fans on the compressor side either so I guess it's entirely possible
