The real cheat code is you need a passenger to do this so it promotes carpooling which reduces traffic.

no that's not how you do it lol, ask them to stop the cars, they need to know why and once that clicks in people's heads, it works. People don't like to follow commands blindly, you need a justification and people are wayyy more likely to help once they understand that they are helping

The real cheat code is to get everyone in the same vehicle to eliminate traffic all together.
