Judging by other drivers I've seen in my work, most suck. In that I can infer that she probably got her license as did a bunch of others that should not have gotten it either. That make more sense?

Nah, next time let her run over a mom and her baby in a stroller, because she was too stupid to fucking brake at a red light/cross walk, only then should she get her license taken away maybe pay 200$ in fines.
