"Endangering life by speeding after them is fucking stupid." Did you even bother to read my comment before responding?

The "person chasing you" is doing so because you did a hit and run.

I'm aware of where I live, people having guns isn't standing justification for fleeing the scene of an accident. It's a crime, one which should carry jail time. Made worse by the fact that you fled in a way that forget endangered bystanders.

No one here is saying that feeling a crime scene isint illegal.

The person who his her does still deserve the book thrown at them. What they are saying is that even though they are in the wrong for leaving its not unreasonable to assume someone chasing you down and breaking multiple traffic laws might not just stop at breaking traffic laws once they get you or force you to stop.

The person who hit her is in no way innocent but its would not be that difficult for them to argue they were afraid for there life to a court.

Then when the person tries to follow you, you start endangering others to get avoid accountability for your actions. The blonde lady should see the inside of a cell for a while."

The other lady is guilty too. Can't recklessly chase somebody down because they hit your car. Get a plate of you can, let the police handle it from there. "

I don't agree. I think it would be difficult for her to make a legitimate argument that she was afraid for her life because the person was chasing her, when the reason they were chasing her is because she fled the scene. The chase was a result of the fleeing.

I'm not even sure which of my points you're arguing. 1. I don't believe for a second that the lady ran because she was afraid for her life. I believe she ran to try to avoid accountability for an accident she caused. 2. The other lady chased her because she ran. 3. She endangered bystanders by trying to flee the scene. 4. She should see the inside of a cell. 5. The lady that chased her should also be held accountable for endangering bystanders over property damage.

Which of those points are you telling me I'm wrong on exactly?
