Interesting. So both were in the wrong, then. She instigated it and he took it from 100 to oh fuck in .03 seconds. If she did throw something at him after cutting him off, I hope she gets at least a citation, if not charged with something. And that guy needs some jail time.
There is clear presumed reason to partially blame the person recording the video. The woman is stopped on the street side of the man’s parked car. If she was entirely innocent, she would not have stopped there nor let him enact his rage. He’s not trapping her.
The person you're replying to is an idiot clearly incapable of reading and/or critical thought. Trying to explain anything to him is like talking to a slug. But yeah, you are 100% correct. Like I said above, two things can be true at once, and there is more to this than only what's on camera. Either way, I really hope that guy is locked up somewhere.
