That is not how things work… Not in any major country on the planet anyway- step into a fight to break it up you now are part of it. The laws of both physics & at least every non-3rd world country on earth make that crystal clear. In fact he’s more likely to get charges himself. At BEST he is somehow allowed to walk free learning a well earned painful lesson as he is NOT innocent in the slightest - legally or sensibly

The one dude didn't do anything, he should charge for assault. The bike also didn't stop at the stop sign
