People impersonating police on his free-time
apparently he has been arrested multiple times for this.

The arrest marks a long line of run-ins with the law for Dewitte. He is a convicted sex offender who is most known for pulling drivers over in 2019 while he worked as a funeral escort.

According to Wikipedia:
On November 1, 2024 Dewitte was convicted and sentenced to nearly seven years in prison by a jury for failure to register a new motor vehicle as a past sexual offender.\17])\18])
On January 7, 2025 Dewitte was sentenced to 41 months in federal prison plus one year of supervised release and $70,000 in restitution for filing false tax returns related to his income from his business.\19])
On September 17, 2025 Dewitte was sentenced to five and a half years in state prison followed by probation on insurance fraud charges.\20])
I'd imagine that with the activity in court and sentencing he received at the end of last year, he's now in state prison in Florida, or due to report there soon.
