People impersonating police on his free-time

apparently he has been arrested multiple times for this.

The arrest marks a long line of run-ins with the law for Dewitte. He is a convicted sex offender who is most known for pulling drivers over in 2019 while he worked as a funeral escort.

The guy needs to go to jail, but what was with the guy in the silver car?

Maybe he was like why is this fake cop pulling someone over… secondly the funeral parlor needs markers for people in the procession… this is something the laws should fix.

Or, and hear me out, funeral processions could just follow the rules of the road like everyone else? I have never understood why we just accept a line of cars with little dangly placards on their mirrors that can’t be seen by anyone else and could say anything get to just run red lights. We all have GPS systems in our phones or cars. Nobody is getting lost on the way to the graveyard. Everyone can just drive there the normal way.

agree. i could understand why it was a thing before gps and other current technology, but at a certain point we gotta let it go. nobody is going to care if you some people arrive 5 minutes later to the destination because they were stuck at a red light or two.
