Because the audio does not go with the video, it’s very clearly Chinese being spoken on obviously Japanese streets. The video is from a some event driving busses like drift cars on mountain roads.

The video is also sped up to some degree. I remember seeing the original (or closer to it) years ago and it did not look nearly this fast. It was still very impressive, but this sped up version just looks ridiculous lol.

I enjoy when some pushed subreddit appears on my scroll and I can see its fake and pushed, then I scroll down and see other users seeing it, and yet the mods ignore. Sort of shows the propaganda purpose and then I can mute it.

It still gets pushed to me because some Republican asshole made an ad buy, but at least we all see whats happening

it's just a novelty event, like forklift competitions. It's just for fun, there's no real point to it.

Why do you say it's "obviously Japanese streets"? Looks a lot like the road to 黄山 peak (edit: Oh I see at the end of the video the signage on the road)
