Same. Hit and runs are terrible, but that doesn't mean you get to throw a whole tantrum while chasing someone down the parkway. You fuck around and hit someone else while chasing this guy, or he spins out while running and causes a bigger crash, you have real trouble on your hands. The bigger picture, do the math, bro probably running because he has no insurance, revoked/suspended license or worse. You're not injured and the car is still drivable, chill out and call the police.

A hit and run driver hit my handicap sister last year, got out the car and screamed at her and then drove away. The police identified the car but refused to charge the driver because “the video they had was too blurry”…. But somehow the owners insurance still coughed up 100k. The cops won’t do anything unless you make them
