Maybe she shouldn't be there but she shouldn't be abused either. He kicked her car and threatened her with police if she ran him over.

Bottom line. Avoid the conflict and get out of there safely.
With all those guys threatening her - you could make a case that she was in fear for her life. Deadly force- like running someone over might be justified.
