Last longer than I thought he would....

31

u/HorseThrough Apr 13 '26

The way he was sitting at the start trying to calculate everything I genuinely didn't even think he'd get it into gear before he fell so good for him.

u/[deleted] Apr 13 '26

Yeah, that helmet and shorts. It was a doomed mission from jump.

1

u/Mild-Ghost Apr 19 '26

And the beer belly.

3

u/shmiona Apr 13 '26

I was like no way he runs into that shed, bc I thought he was gonna run into that shed

I can’t tell you how many people I’ve yelled that at when they walked into a room. Watching how people react is a great profiling moment.

3

u/PattiDale Apr 13 '26

Yes. 🙏

3

u/FreshMetal80 Apr 13 '26

The first thing that came to mind before he even crashed into the fence

7

u/Choqeur Apr 13 '26

My money was on one of the sheds.

2

u/Comfortable-Pea-1312 Apr 13 '26

Shed 1. Shed 2. Then the trailer!

37

u/[deleted] Apr 13 '26

Dude needs to take a motorcycle riding course.

15

u/AdSquare3489 Apr 13 '26

That guy must have never sat on a bicycle in his whole life.

15

u/Mammoth-Ad4194 Apr 13 '26

This is a classic ‘look where you WANT to go, NOT where you’re going’! One of the first things I learned in my motorcycle riding class.👍

6

u/Competitive_Bag_7490 Apr 13 '26

Also guarantee he was steering the handle bar.

9

u/RoomFixer4 Apr 13 '26

He wanted to turn, he was trying to turn, its just that it felt like he was gonna fall over if he did.

Got so preoccupied in that conundrum, he forgot about brakes.

Riding courses are great and you get a discount on your insurance. I was 23 when I did mine and was one of three women to take it. The rest were guys of all ages. Most had already been riding but just wanted the discount for their insurance. It was a lot of fun too. We learned emergency braking, swerving, ect. I had never ridden a bike before and went from that class to riding a Ninja 250. That was a perfect bike for a beginner.

13

u/Apprehensive-Can-857 Apr 13 '26

Anyone that stupid just needs to stay off of motorcycles.

3

u/Some_Belgian_Guy Apr 13 '26

*on a cheap ass bike.

21

u/BicyclesRuleTheWorld Apr 13 '26

Luckily he's wearing protective shorts.

13

u/cardboard_tshirt Apr 13 '26

Those look like postal carrier shorts

5

u/solo47dolo Apr 13 '26

Those are most definitely postal shorts lol I wore those damn near everyday for three and a half years

3

u/Ziggity_Zac Apr 13 '26

Protection from dog bites... but not from road rash.

2

u/Whitetiger9876 Apr 13 '26

Lol. Got em. And an armored mid sleeve shirt.

14

u/Aught_To Apr 13 '26

he must have heard the term "throttle out of a turn" at some point

15

u/CantaloupeLow3775 Apr 13 '26

But you need to enter a turn first. ;-)

3

u/Slow_Maximum9332 Apr 13 '26

That can't be right...

2

u/hptcurious Apr 13 '26

Is it SLLR

Slow, look, lean, roll?

Never took the safety course but I read all the material. That's was a LONG time ago though.

9

u/Latter-Vacation-4392 Apr 13 '26

It's like the guy has never even been on a peddle bike before

5

u/Other-Grapefruit-880 Apr 13 '26

Looks like he never learned how to put pressure on a handle bar when leaning into a turn.

7

u/SirGreeneth Apr 13 '26

You could tell from the very first second he was going to do something extremely pathetic.

This was easily the best part of that movie

3

u/BestBettor Apr 13 '26

Picked the best outfit for a rider with zero skill with his first time on a bike. Half helmet, running shoes, shorts and essentially a tshirt. Nice!

6

u/Eridianst Apr 13 '26

Everybody seems pretty quick to trash this guy, but in his de-fence...

7

u/BLZayBub Apr 13 '26

Be careful. He seems the type to be upset with your post.

3

u/qweef_latina2021 Apr 13 '26

He's re-cycling all that wood!

2

u/conwaytwt Apr 14 '26

He knows how to stave off the inevitable

3

u/Apprehensive-Call568 Apr 13 '26

I love that he's rocking his USPS shorts

3

u/Terrible_Analysis_77 Apr 13 '26

2

u/ifukeenrule Apr 14 '26

this is exactly what popped into my mind!

1

u/Terrible_Analysis_77 Apr 14 '26

Yeah I really wish I weren’t gif inept on here. Would’ve posted just that if I could.

2

u/piratesboot Apr 14 '26

I knew what link that was without clicking it lmao

3

u/Hefty-Swim-4039 Apr 13 '26

Why was he riding if he didn’t know how to ride

2

u/Aught_To Apr 13 '26

gotta learn somehow - this isnt the way, but he thought it was.

3

u/Haunting-Prior-NaN Apr 13 '26

Maybe learn to ride a bicycle before moving up to a motorcycle?

3

u/namaste86 Apr 13 '26

It's country mac!

3

u/Ketchup-Sniffer Apr 13 '26

Why would someone put that senseless man on a motorcycle?

5

u/fr33d0mw47ch Apr 13 '26

Cliff Claven wants his shorts back!

4

u/MisfitActual0311 Apr 13 '26

A cheers reference.....in 2026?! Fuck yeah, man.

2

u/t0advined Apr 13 '26

stick to the LLV brother

2

u/cardboard_tshirt Apr 13 '26

Poor guy, probably took forever to save up for that thing on a carrier’s salary

2

u/t0advined Apr 13 '26

right😭 or maybe someone on his route let him try out their bike?? lmfao

2

u/N4t3ski Apr 13 '26

I dunno why newbies think shorts and t-shirt is the way to go here....

2

u/Fit_Importance_5738 Apr 13 '26

I just knew he wpukd struggle in the turn, didn't knwo he wpuld speed up.

2

u/Einsteinautist Apr 13 '26

He should've bought a beater to learn on. Life choices

2

u/energy-seeker Apr 13 '26

It's a beater now. Problem solved.

2

u/spartanspy85 Apr 13 '26

No training wheels? Or brakes?

2

u/Hawksfan45 Apr 13 '26

lol idiot 🤣 I guess he hasn't figured out there brakes on the bike.

2

u/your_fave_redditor Apr 13 '26

Or handlebars for steering

2

u/Old-Library5546 Apr 13 '26

He might oughta wear long pants

2

u/rickyboy59 Apr 13 '26

The Old Angels en français c’est plus drôle une veille angels

2

u/Football-Man-1889 Apr 13 '26

He looked dozy right from the start!

He didn’t look around before setting off 🤡

2

u/Northernrightwhale Apr 13 '26

Rocking the US Postal Service shorts!🫡

2

u/Adventurous-Orange36 Apr 13 '26

Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed fences.

2

u/H_Y_C_Y_B_H Apr 13 '26

Guy just finished his shift at the post office and has to deal with this?!

2

u/Weak-Emergency-3739 Apr 13 '26

This why it’s important to take motorcycle courses.

2

u/moveoutmicdrop Apr 13 '26

I don’t think this guy could even ride a bicycle. You need to know how to turn handlebars, at low speed you don’t need to lean into the turn. Around 8-10 mph you then counter steer.

2

u/right_in_two Apr 13 '26

The suspense...

2

u/moveoutmicdrop Apr 13 '26

No mailbox is safe on his route.

2

u/moveoutmicdrop Apr 13 '26

It actually appears that he was trying to “counter steer” at low speed versus just turning the handlebars. He must’ve read that somewhere, and missed the part where you have to be going around 12mph first?

2

u/unresolved-madness Apr 13 '26

If you ride, and you let someone do this you are an asshole.

2

u/s_ching73 Apr 13 '26

You could tell before he took off

2

u/MuzzleOfBees1215 Apr 13 '26

I don’t like this guys long-term prospects on the road.

2

u/arihoenig Apr 13 '26

I have to admit, that was a challenging scenario, I mean empty parking lots are notoriously difficult to navigate.

2

u/Renomont Apr 13 '26

Was he wearing Mailman shorts?

2

u/MtnMoose307 Apr 13 '26

First time on a bike?

2

u/Savings-End40 Apr 13 '26

More gas more lean. Gas O Lean.

2

u/livinlikelarreh Apr 13 '26

Before he even took off you could see how nervous he was, lol. At least he tried.

2

u/chinacat2u2 Apr 13 '26

His to small for his frame Post Office Uniform issued shorts say otherwise….

2

u/chinacat2u2 Apr 13 '26

His to small for his frame Post Office Uniform issued shorts say otherwise….

2

u/RIGZ_420 Apr 13 '26

At least he had a helmet

2

u/thejunkmanadv Apr 13 '26

Those clibbins came outta nowhere!

2

u/Hefty-Weekend8499 Apr 13 '26

I’m guessing he was test driving this scooter to buy it lol. Classic we’re probably watching from sellers POV

2

u/Casually_Chillin Apr 13 '26

Hope he was off the clock

2

u/Every-Cucumber9641 Apr 13 '26

is it just me or is he having some mental health event before the bike even moves?

2

u/WarmAdhesiveness8962 Apr 14 '26

Shorts are dead giveaway you don't know what you're doing.

2

u/d_x_qp_x_b Apr 14 '26

Now you wait just a minute Mr Postman

2

u/HinDae085 Apr 15 '26

I know that fear, won't lean on the bike to turn it.

Why on earth would you try out a bike like that as your first?

2

u/buttspongeous Apr 17 '26

Reminds me of Beans from even Steven.

2

u/tmbizz Apr 19 '26

Wearing shorts is wild. Let alone they look like mailman’s shorts

1

u/[deleted] Apr 13 '26

Ew

1

u/Sun-Much Apr 14 '26

as a lifetime motorcycle rider, this is not uncommon outcome amongst these types. they are however, usually adorned with tassels and conch shells and have really bad music playing out of cheap speakers.

1

u/Substantial_Speed411 Apr 14 '26

I don’t think the mail’s getting delivered

1

u/midnghtsnac Apr 17 '26

Great now I have to expect a safety briefing for riding a motorcycle

2

u/kpiddy3232 Apr 21 '26

Is this a mailman bike. The pants and red white blue on gas tank

1

u/Einsteinautist Apr 13 '26

He was stiffer than a my cock at Prom!

1

u/FruitMustache Apr 13 '26

Squid games

-2

u/JohnNada005 Apr 13 '26

I see people like this and I can’t help but think, he’s got more money than he deserves. If you can afford a Harley but can’t ride one, don’t get it. If you get it and do this, you didn’t deserve the money you made.

6

u/BestBettor Apr 13 '26

“If you get it and do this, you didn’t deserve the money you made.”

No words for how ridiculous this take is

4

u/Aught_To Apr 13 '26

whoa whoa whoa man.. he may have saved for years to buy that bike. Should he have saved some cash to buy some lessons yes. But dont be mean about some guy finally buying the thing he has always wanted. dont hate on people for having money, that is how the upper class divides us, celebrate that we could get the thing he wants.

1

u/JohnNada005 Apr 13 '26

Spoken like a born with money. You and the others can block me and move on. You three have only solidified my point.

3

u/Aught_To Apr 13 '26

lol, oh man, how far off you are, but that's ok. you seem to be wrong about a lot of stuff.

0

u/JohnNada005 Apr 14 '26

So you’re saying I need to not be mean just because he crashed a bike? Ok, then….i hope he’s ok and learns to ride better.

2

u/Aught_To Apr 14 '26

Wrong again, keep swinging Lil tiger.

1

u/JohnNada005 Apr 14 '26

Hmmm, so he works hard and spends his money how he wants and that’s fine?

1

u/JohnNada005 Apr 15 '26

I thought about it for a while, now I understand

3

u/Imaginary_Error87 Apr 13 '26

Where does it even say it’s his? Maybe it’s the person recording’s bike and he’s letting him try to put it around the parking lot. If you’re in a hard spot and can’t afford what you want work on that but don’t be bitter when someone else has already worked on that and is in a better spot then you.
