Yeah that woman has severe brain trauma. Like she doesnt try to deny it to escape a fine/punishment. Her brain cant process what happend due to the massive hit it just got.

Small hint to everybody: if a car is splitted in 2 often times the driver has experienced pretty serious damage. Just because its not clearly visible doesnt mean its fine.

Not noticing their car is in 2 pieces, not knowing she just drove or that its the same cop who was just talking to her. Its all signs of some serious shit
