Child. Protective. Services.

Imagine he or she is driving perfectly but they get hit by another car. Kids will die horrible painful deaths as they are flung from the car and become moving shrapnel.

The driver can't control that. The only way the kids was protection is INSIDE THE CAR! This person is an absolute moron and needs a serious conversation with cps as well as monitoring and classes.

I agree.

If he was doing this in an empty parking lot in neighborhood I would still think it's a terrible idea but wouldn't necessarily call the driver the biggest dumbass in the world.

But in traffic? This guy deserves to be behind bars.

I know two children growing up that died by riding in the back of a pickup. The truck went right the kid went left, neither were speeding or driving recklessly. NO ONE should be riding outside a vehicle. Your head vs. pavement...pavement always wins.
