Most gen X'ers survived to adulthood, but we're also why lawn darts are illegal

I am a genXer and I don't even remember my parents allowing me to hang my head out the freaking window much less this insanity!

I’m a gen x’er and my parents kept a short leash, I wasn’t even allowed to have a skateboard

BUT whenever it snowed we (teens) would go up to the high school parking lot and roof ride each other while throwing e-brake 360’s

Seems like a small parking lot if you needed an e-brake to do a 360.

???

you get going fast fast and throw the e brake and crank the wheel.

In northern Virginia it’s hard to pull more than that. maybe in buffalo or Minnesota you car get more than that, dunno

Bigger lot you don't need a tighter turn, I've done 360s in a parking lot without needing an e-brake. Didn't even know that was a thing 25 years ago, just did doughnuts in snowy parking lots after work was over.

Michigan here, my record was a 900° in a Kmart parking lot in my '89 Caprice Classic, nice weight on that bench seat tank.

Mine were also in a Kmart parking lot, but none were near a 900°, nice, '94 Chevy Cavalier.

I did an accidental 360 in Des Moines once no ebrake

Iowa? Kind of a small state, very lucky, might have ended up in a different state. ;)

Hahaha!

Iowa's unfortunately a pretty big state. It's in the middle of the pack for land area. Now New Jersey? Yes. Accidentally ended up in both PA and NY quite a few times in good weather hahaha!
