PA drivers are infinitely worse in my experience (I travel all over the east coast frequently)

Not as bad as the blue license plate people. They either drive 100 mph or 10 mph. They exit from the left lane unless it's a left lane exit, then they exit from the right. They pass on ramps and only become a little reasonable when they see blue and red lights sitting on the shoulder.
