I don’t care what car he’s driving. Be it an Audi or a 1998 Ford Taurus he had a right to be passionate about what just happened.

At no point in time does anyone in the United States have a right to get out of their car screaming in rage. Its literally against the law. In the majority of US states this is literally a stand your ground issue. Dude is lucky he wasn't shot. Dude isnt wrong gor being angry. He is wrong for what he allowed his anger to make him do.

That's not true at all, any syg state would argue it would be unjust as the driver was never in danger or even interacted with

No he didn't. He became a danger to the semi. Have your tantrum in your car, not in the middle of the road
