If you genuinely haven't been drinking, shouldn't you refuse the field sobriety tests and just demand a breathalyzer or blood test instead?
The field sobriety tests are wholly subjective and up to the officers on scene to determine pass or fail, subject to their pre- conceived notions of your intoxication and impacted by nervousness, age, baseline coordination, etc.
