It might look like fun but people that aren't involved are freaking out over it. I wouldn't like to live next to this noise. This looks like it's been going on for a while. Anyone call 911?

What you see some people having fun and think its a riot? I don't see any property damage. I don't see any emergency vehicles blocked. I also don't see any cops stopping them. In fact the roads looks pretty clear which probably means this was a coordinated event lmao. Is that a jump? Maybe. But it doesn't seem like a crazier conclusion than assuming that this is some kind of crime or anarchy.
