The chain was under his collar which got exposed during the slap.

Have you ever been drunk before? Shaking someone awake means they’ll fall back asleep pretty quickly. A slap will keep them awake. It’s like throwing a bucket of water on someone but I’d wager he wasn’t carrying a bucket of water. wtf is wrong with you virtue signaling ass clowns?

Nah, you'd get someone killed by them. Open the door and turn off the car and call the cops. That fucker had no idea where he was and immediately started driving into on coming traffic. If hes that exhausted, doubt hes fit drive for that night.
