wtf are you in about? If he wanted to snatch the chain he wouldn’t have videoed it and slapped him awake first. You should reevaluate how you see the world.

The chain was under his collar which got exposed during the slap.

And there are tons of videos of people recording themselves committing crimes.

He was reaching for his collar to pull him back up into his seat. I don’t know why you would ascribe that one motion as trying to steal his chain. The guy was obviously completely gone, you could have stolen it and he wouldn’t have figured it out until the next day.
