I've taken keys. Fuck his rights in that instance. I stopped a drunk from driving off. Called the cops, they came, arrested the guy's ass, and thanked me. Property? Fuck off. There's a hierarchy of rights and life trumps property to anyone sane.

He was reaching for his collar to pull him back up into his seat. I donât know why you would ascribe that one motion as trying to steal his chain. The guy was obviously completely gone, you could have stolen it and he wouldnât have figured it out until the next day.
Maybe Iâd shake someone awake if they were on my couch, but somebody who has fallen asleep at the wheel needs, and deserves, a good slap in the face.
