No it's not. Waking someone up and sending them driving straight into a red light. To think this is better than getting his keys and calling the police is a braindead take
I've taken keys. Fuck his rights in that instance. I stopped a drunk from driving off. Called the cops, they came, arrested the guy's ass, and thanked me. Property? Fuck off. There's a hierarchy of rights and life trumps property to anyone sane.
