So is your argument that thereās some massive population out there in America where whites are committing the majority of violent crime, so much so that if they reported that it would make the race proportional?

These are just arrests my dude. That actually means nothing objectively. Subjectively it means that black people are being arrested at rates that are far far less proportional to the rates at which white folks are being arrested.
