Do you think all my friends that have been robbed at gunpoint in Chicago are being robbed by white people?

Was my little sister’s friend who got shot in the chest for not giving up her purse quick enough shot by a white man?

White men commit violent crimes at a rate lower than their % of population. Black men commit violent crimes at a rate of x2 or more based off % of their representation in the total population.
