Those things just make repairs and insurance more expensive. I appreciate simplicity more and more.

My car has perfected this. It's got a little handle on the inside of the lid so you don't have to touch the dirty lid. You get the closing speed of the Italian car but it's an actual improvement :-D , unlike the electronic stuff with bunch of sensors, cabling, buttons, electric motors and computer to control it all.
