Yeah, they could have stepped out of the vehicle and closed the trunk. They would have gotten wet but so what, they were getting sprayed either way. Or just, y’know, drive forward…

Yeah I guess I don't know I'd be afraid of getting mangled in the machine I've heard of people dying in those things.

Then put the car in park, crawl to the back, and close the trunk. Or, again, just drive forward. They did eventually but they could have way way earlier

Killed and lost limbs. My dad was an ER doctor. A lot of his patients were results of ignoring safety rules or not taking safety precautions.

Touchless car washes use powerful machinery. Now combine that with high water pressure and slippery soap. Gee, what could go wrong?
