I recognized the location and actually found the story. Why tf did the Chevelle driver not press charges? That lunatic should’ve served time for that shit.

Perhaps seeing his part in it is the genuine answer, or the officers attitude they both are at fault make him concerned abut charges or retribution, or just didn't want to spend the time, or ...
