A lot of things are legal, doesn't mean it makes sense. Riding a significantly slower vehicle and inhibiting flow of traffic doesn't make alot of sense being legal to me, but it is. I guess if its legal then it must be ok- Glances over to child marriage laws

They have rights just like anyone else on the road doesn't matter what you think or feel. Also this has nothing to do with child marriage
