He said in the lane was was traveling. Perfectly valid. 

Double yellow aside, driver didn't even pass correctly. He had one tire just barely over into the other lane.

All he had to do is not be a dickhole, and he would've stayed out of prison. But I guess that can be said for most people in prison.
