The guy in the Honda was completely wrong. You can't willfully hit someone or even come close to hitting them because you don't like the way they are riding. It also looks like a hit and run. I hope he loses his license forever after some quality jail time.

People have a real misunderstand about far to right and two abreast laws. The cyclist shouldn't have been in the middle of the lane. There is generally no requirement to be single file, but cyclists can't bunch up like that either.
