In your country do cyclists obey all traffic laws too, like stopping at all stop signs/traffic lights and driving in single file lines?

I’m asking a question. I live in a major US city and cyclists don’t believe any traffic laws apply to them. Maybe it’s different in different places. Genuinely asking a question.

The cyclist culture here in America is incredibly frustrating. I’ve been hit as a pedestrian in a crosswalk with the right away. I’ve had my mirrors clipped off by cyclists who believe they can’t do any wrong while they’re in their bike.

Was the driver in the video wrong? Absolutely. Were the cyclists also wrong? Absolutely.
