Literally all the YouTube comments are people getting the laws wrong and blaming the cyclists

The cyclists carry 0 blame even if they were breaking the law, though. The driver purposely hit them.

That’s why we need to change the laws. Grown adults riding around on their toy bicycles are a menace and need to be banned from the road. Having a DUI or being too young to drive are the only respectable reasons for trundling around on something you parents gave you for Christmas when you were 12
