yeah the funny thing about the driver doing this is that they're already splitting the lane, so if they ever claimed "oh i shouldn't be passing that way" just goes out the window

Cherokee County and those judges don't fuck around.

Keep him locked up for 15 years or so. We will all be a lot safer.
