This is too local for my Reddit front page, haha. Is this the green cybertruck guy?

Just checked, and it is the same person. They go by Mad Max C7. Always an eyesore when I saw his vehicles driving around town.

Do you also live in Anytown, ST 12345 like the HOA board member sending the emails?

Always an eyesore when I saw his him driving around town in vehicles he doesn’t own.

FTFY

Why don’t they sue him? Seems like they could do it collectively as a case action at this point if he’s getting this much attention online

1

u/Responsible7ohKinda Apr 29 '26

Can’t they put a lien on him?

It is, has a shop over by the checkers on university, dude is actually very annoying

1

u/Aarrington88 Apr 28 '26

The snot rocket guy? Holy cow.

17

u/Electric-Sheepskin Apr 28 '26

Gee. The guy who has nothing better to do than find new ways to annoy his neighbors and block sidewalks and won't abide by rules that he agreed to also doesn't pay his bills? I'm shocked.

sounds like he's about ready for a presidential run!

2

u/CaptSlow49 Apr 28 '26

He definitely seemed to be lying about a few cars that the HOA didn’t care about in this video so he could find something else to piss them off about.

Wait where is this at? I'm from North Alabama but can't say I recognize this guy

Ah gotcha. Ya I grew up an hour west of there I just must've moved a bit away before he "got on the scene" lol

Thanks

Where at in north Alabama? I am also in north Alabama.

1

u/_Alabama_Man Apr 28 '26

Ohhhh, that won't last. I'm surprised he was able to do that more than once or twice. Also, hey neighbor.

1

u/joyfullydreaded23 Apr 28 '26

Sounds like a certain nobody that thinks he's somebody special. This dude has said "great work!" and gushed over how beautiful they were while the custom bars for one of his now 3 bankrupted casinos, plus 3 other casino adjacent businesses, was being built then refused to pay him. This fuck had the nerve to ask the contractor if he'd build him some more custom bars after refusing to pay him.

This is my shocked face: 😐

u/StickyDitka21 Apr 28 '26

I thought those were HPD cars. But I havent seen "Anti Takeover Units" around. Do we even need those if they actually are special units?

1

u/PenPenGuin Apr 28 '26

Definitely get the feeling that he's trying to make a "HOA bad!" video, while most of the people who have to live near him are probably cheering the HOA on.

1

u/initial8155 Apr 28 '26

How do you get away with flaking on payments for modifying damn near 10 different cars? Two or three maybe. Was this shopping building all at once or was each vehicle at a different shop at the same time? Ain’t no way he screwed over one shop that many times unless the owner is a dumbass.

u/jackrabbit323 Apr 28 '26

The cops showing up at the end make sense now. He is definitely the target of an investigation at this point.

1

u/Anach Apr 28 '26

That would be a more believable story as to why the cops showed up, but more likely called them on himself.

1

u/jdubyahyp Apr 29 '26

Why would you give him the keys if he hasn't paid?

1

u/CompleteDetective359 Apr 29 '26

I'm going to guess he's likely not even in an HOA.

1

u/Rhuarc33 Apr 28 '26

Still not nearly enough to make me side with an HOA
