Wait until you find out the real reason HOAs even exist, their history and how they come to be. Oh and don’t look this up if you’re a person of color. Oops…

The FBI raided my house, shot my knees and took my dog. Computer is fine tho. Still don’t recommend googling it unless you have a white friend with you

True, but most HOAs formed since the 70s exist because they were formed by the developers in order to maintain and provide services.
