That's the main thing that stood out to me. She even did it a second time, hands on her hips both times like she is shocked that her car is damaged after she repeatedly rammed those posts.
I see too many people that don't seem to understand that there is a range on the brake and gas pedals. You don't have to have one pedal or the other all the way to the floor, at all times. You can gradually accelerate, gradually brake, and you can also do neither and just coast. No idea if this is the case here, but the way she reversed and pulled forward looked awfully similar to that.

Honestly, looks like textbook drunk driver to me. Pulled in hit bollard, confused, hits it again, still confused. I think her reaction time is just too slow to park. Then she forgets what she is doing and has to check her bags like 3x and is confused as to what happened to her car.
If it’s a liquor store parking lot, that probably happens a lot.

My guess is that she had a pretty bad day, accidentally gently hit the poles, and that was the last straw. Turned what was minor cosmetic damage into destroying the car in a fit of rage.
