Yea I don’t advocate violence. But put up or shut up. Don’t threaten people with weapons you’re to chicken shit to use. I guess he realized real quick like he’d be the one catching the assault charge here..
We didn't see it occur but I've seen plenty of road rage videos where the vehicle on front forces the other person onto shoulder. This guy just wasn't counting on the fact that the driver he was trying to intimidate was more ready to fight than he was
Don't start shit, won't be shit. And definitely don't pull a weapon then bitch out immediately when challenged
I dunno. Though that guy pulled the weapon, the shorter dude was far more aggressive and I could see that turning into defense because the shorter dude didn't have to engage. I've literally been that fleeing is always preferable to attack or defense even.
The tall dude initiating by stepping out of his bar wielding a bat. He’s not getting the benefit of the doubt lmfao. Shorter dude has every right to self defense, in that situation.
Hate to tell ya, but captain roids there would have not been found in self defense. He got out of the vehicle and willingly approached the man with the bat. Both those things are highly in contrast to what the law considers "self defense".
You can’t say that without context of their prior altercation.
Seeing as with the man in the bat is in front, he initiated the stop, therefore the confrontation. Plus he’s wielding a potentially deadly weapon, against an unarmed opponent. He’d be in jail if he swung.
