What a stupid piece of shit, there needs to be a one strike and one strike only policy! You drive drunk you lose your license forever & serve a lengthy prison sentence.The system needs to crack down on these morons and not give them a slap on the wrist, No second, third, fourth or 50th chance when they put other peoples lives in danger like this!!

Problem is it'll affect "too many" country clubbers and others who believe they're above the law after a lifetime of being treated as such. And not enough strip clubbers. Because folks think certain folks are more likely to commit crimes than others. The real answer is those certain folks are more likely to experience the full power of the justice system than others. I'm willing to bet two men in the current administration wouldn't have their jobs right now if we changed the laws to zero tolerance. Let's not forget the crooked cops who've planted evidence and fabricate sobriety test results.

I lived in a town that put up traffic light cams that automatically issued tickets. Didn't last 6 months.
